While walking on Montague St. this evening, I saw Paul Giamatti, walking by himself, looking like, well, Paul Giamatti. He was dressed like a guidance counselor on his day off, and looked nervous. The main thing I noticed was that he had shifty eyes. He looks thinner and younger in person.

I saw Meryl Streep yesterday morning with her Husband at FAO Schwarz. They were shopping for a Doll House (the nice stuff, stuff they keep behind the glas;) for over an hour. She looked just fabulous, great Make-up, great Leather Jacket and super sexy black High Heels.

David Cross (the real one) was in Nolita House yesterday for bluegrass brunch. Waited patiently with the mob, then ate at the bar with his very cute girlfriend and a friend. Bought shots for the band. Very nice guy.

Oh my god sat beside Dan Humphrey in the subway and he was listening to his ipod with a script in hand. Had a glance and its totally not a gossip girl script. He exited in union square. Best day ever. Sunday around 3PM.

Thurs. 12/17 4 pm Sienna Miller at La Colombe on Lafayette & Prince. Getting two coffees to go and chatting up the baristas like a regular. She's cute, nicer than I thought she'd be. Very distinctive voice.Talking about leaving town. I heard the word "crate".

Just saw Jude Law and Sienna Miller at FAO Schwarz, 767 5th Avenue. We were shopping in the same area. I didn't realize it was them at first. They didn't stand out at all. I realized it was them because a security guard was
following them. I had thought the guard was following me at first :) 2:30pm, 12/15.

Saw John Slattery from Madmen walking his Jack Russell (at least I think it was) outside 345 Hudson @ Charlton. Looked like he had planned to go into the Starbucks but let out a very loud annoyed sigh that turned a couple heads when he discovered the place jam packed with folks waiting in line at a job fair being held inside. No idea why there was a job fair in a not very big Starbucks...

Walked passed Mel Gibson getting his picture taken with a bunch of drunk obnoxious restaurant-goers last night (December 13th) around 6:15pm on the corner of Broadway and East 20th. Was wearing his black leather jacket and had a full head of grey hair. Pulled over to confirm the sighting with a nearby doorman, and we both rolled our eyes at it. For a fleeting moment, I have to say I kind of pitied him for having to deal with such a big group of Loud Stupid Drunks... but then realized that if it's possible to get away with being a vocal anti-semite and running away from your seven children... and still get that kind of love... than the world is fucked up in far more complicated ways than I could imagine. Taller than I thought he would be.
